My stay at Ac Hotel By Marriott in Kuala Lumpur was a mix of great aspects and some disappointing experiences. The location is fantastic. close to city attractions and local food options. However, my check-in process was frustrating due to unhelpful staff. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall.
